The Property Ombudsman Conference 2019

The Property Ombudsman Conference yesterday was very well attended and very informative. Lord Best confirmed that the Regulation of Property Agents was on its way and could well be in place in 2 years time. Great presentation from the Ombudsman, Katrina Sporle, excellent interactive workshops, Great panel debate and a reminder from Nick Looby that making a call or meeting in person is still the best way to communicate.
