What data do we collect

Our company collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, address, phone number, copy of your passport and copy of utility bills to comply with anti-money laundering regulations)
  • Details about your property (Location, type, size, accommodation, condition etc)
  • Details of your solicitors, Estate Agents you may be purchasing a property through and any others professional who may be involved in your property sale and/or your property purchase.
  • If your firm is a client of our company we will collect contact details and relevant details about your firm that will allow us to provide the appropriate training or advice required.

How do we collect your data

You will directly provide our company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register with us or contact us via our Website
  • Email us or reply to an email
  • Call us and provide your details so that we can provide advice, a valuation of your property or any other service we provide.

Our company may also receive your data indirectly from a third party eg: recommendation, a solicitor, another client, land registry etc.

How will we use your data

Our company collects data so that we can:

How do we store your data

Our company securely stores your data in locked filing cabinets in a locked office and on password protected computers and on the Cloud. Any hard copy data no longer required is shredded prior to disposal.

We are legally required to keep your data for 6 years. After this period your data will be deleted from our computers and any hard copies will be shredded before disposal.

The right to access – You have the right to request our company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
