Bank of England January Forecast for 2020

A very interesting breakfast briefing this morning from the Bank of England West Midlands Agency. UK GDP forecast to sit at around 1% for 2020 and then slowly rise. Inflation forecast to sit around 1.5% and not rise to 2% until late 2021 or 2022. Annual house price growth picked up to 1.7% in the three months to November 2019. Expectations for house price growth also rose sharply  in December and we have seen this in the January Property market.      ...
