Special Recognition Award

I am retiring from front line Estate Agency at the end of January 2026.
I will still be personally looking after my clients whose properties are sold subject to contract until their property sales have completed and they have successfully moved.
Over the last 6 months or so I have been passing new business to my eXp estate agency colleagues who run their own personal estate agency service under my sponsorship.
I will still be offering my consultancy services, including training courses for Estate Agents/Estate Agencies, continuing to offer mentorship to my eXp Estate Agency colleagues and encouraging experienced Estate Agents ro run their own personal Estate Agency or Estate Agency Business, powered & supported by eXp.
I will also still be at the end of a phone for past clients who need property advice.
I was honoured and deeply touched to received a Special Recognition Award at the eXp UK Annual Christmas Dinner & Awards Event at The Dorchester in London.
Since the launch of eXp in the UK in the autumn of 2019 eXp has become the largest estate agency brand in the UK.
