If you are not able to carry out your own viewings (e.g.: you do not live
at the property or you work long hours), or if you would prefer your
Estate Agent to carry out the viewings, we offer an accompanied viewing
service. Viewings are carried out by senior members of our staff.
Agreeing a Sale
VETTING YOUR BUYERS
Before recommending the buyer/s to you, we will ensure that they are in a
good position to proceed (e.g.: they are financially able to proceed , they
have a secure sale on their property, if applicable, etc.)
AGREEING A SALE PRICE AND CONFIRMING THE SALE
We will negotiate, with you and your buyers, an agreed sale price and confirm the items, if applicable,
to be included in the sale. We will write to all parties, including your solicitor and your buyer/s solicitors,
confirming details of the sale.
Monitoring the sale
REGULAR UPDATES
Our experienced sales negotiators will provide you with regular updates as
to how your sale is progressing and use their years of experience to
smooth out any problems that may occur.
Help with your purchase
We will offer you advice and assistance with your purchase including liasing with the
Estate Agents selling the property you wish to buy together with other relevant parties involved in
your move. We can also offer you advice on the best current mortgage schemes available. Our
Mortgage Expert will happily call to see you in your home or meet you at our office to advise you on the best
schemes/offers to suit you.
Completion of your saleWe will ask you for a
set of keys for your property (unless we are already holding a set for
viewings, surveyors etc) and we will hand over the keys to your purchasers
on your completion/moving day, once we have received confirmation from
your Solicitors that your sale has successfully completed. |
